The YouTubers

Package 1: 10 people or less

BASICS:

We will give each two person team a youtube channel and a random topic and then say “action!”

Each participant will work with different partners to create a youtube channel that has supposedly been established for quite a while. They will then proceed to work together to share about the topic of today but also work in a random topic that the audience has given them.

Examples of YouTube Channels and random topics:

CHANNEL: Baitin that Biggun Swamp fishin in the Bayou! RANDOM TOPIC: Maxipads

CHANNEL: Swimming in the Stars We are deep into all things Hollywood. RANDOM TOPIC: The Metric System

WHAT YOU GET:

We will start off with the name game and some warm up imrov exercises to get everyone engaged and teach some of the basics about improvisation. Then we will move to writing out our youtube channel names and random topics. This will give them a chance to work in some of the elements of your lingo and culture. Then we will begin filming your tubeisodes. Each person will draw a youtube channel from a hat and a random topic then we will say… “Action!” All participants will work with different partners and get to watch while it happens and discuss each afterward. We will wrap up with a fun final recap that includes elements we work into the workshop that feature some of the elements you and your teams are working on. Within 7 days you will receive a trailer video that you can laugh at together for years to come. This video will feature each team mate that participated.
